"The property and people were great starting with the doormen, hotel staff, restaurant employees, maids and front desk staff. Annika was a great concierge. All of the front desk staff was great and informative. Adean, Chloe, and Clotilde (I think) were great. Adean went above and beyond to acquire a product for us and Chloe made us feel like family. I appreciated that parking was included since many attractions that didn't include a group tour were not in the neighborhood. I hope to visit your new facility in the future. Keep the same warm atmosphere!"

"Our vacation was literally taken one day at a time, including boucing around to several hotels and cities within Belize. We opted for the Master Sea View because it was not much more in cost than other rooms, and we were on vacay, so why not splurge a little. Absolutely loved the suite, the balcony, the view and everything about it. This hotel also had an elevator, which made the stay even that much more convenient and enjoyable. Really bummed we did not find this place sooner and stay longer. Hoping to visit Belize again! Would absolutely stay here again. The staff at the front desk was so friendly and helpful as well. "

"Shaka Caye was the most amazing island and vacation I've ever been on! From the time we got to the marina, the boat ride to the island we were greeted with a cold towel and drink and friendly staff!! Each and every staff member was AMAZING, and friendly and wanted our stay to be the best! We celebrated 2 birthdays while we were there and they all went above and beyond to make them special. From homemade birthday cakes they brought out to us while singing happy birthday, to decorating our room with palm leaves and special birthday message on the bed. At times we were the only visitors on the island so we got to explore and hang out with the staff and it was just such an awesome place to be! I would go back in a heart beat! The food was phenomenal with it being farm/sea to table, there was no food that I did not enjoy, it was all sooooo yummy! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! We love Shaka Caye and all our Shaka Caye friends!"

"Jan's Hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the Marine Shuttle terminals and provides free transportation to/from there on arrival/departure. Clean, pleasant and staffed with attentive and accomodating staff."

"My stay at The Palms was AMAZING! The rooms look beautiful in the pictures online but even nicer and spacious in person. I have zero complaints about my stay. I went as a solo, female traveler and felt so safe and comfortable. Staff was also extremely nice and accommodating! They arranged black car transportation from the airport for me, helped arrange 2 excursions and transportation, and just genuinely kind. Upon checkin, they put WARM coconut bread from a local bakery in the room which was such a kind touch. And then the cherry on top, I was not prepared with enough cash (poor planning on my end) and they did everything they could to work with me to resolve MY poor planning. Just an overall 10/10. I will be back soon and couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else. "
