"We only got to stay one night on our way to Smuggs. The place only has like 11 rooms. Room was small but clean and quaint but modern enough. The bed was very comfortable. The included cook to order breakfast was good. The room had everything you needed except a fridge. The ice machine was broken also. Location is 8 min from Smuggs, so very convenient. I would stay again, except it is a little pricey for what it is. "

"We booked this lake house for a short vacation. It is situated on a private lot with direct lake access and beautiful views. We had a couple of hiccups during our stay but Kyle was wonderful to work with and quickly made everything right. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone who wants to spend tranquil days by the lake."

"This house was just right for four adults. The additional bunk room would be fun for kids as well. Nice attention to detail and ‘if you forgot’ items. Comfortable beds. Very clean! The weather let us have a great view of the stormy lake but the outdoor space would be great for sitting and playing. Host was very attentive and friendly. "

"This is our second day at the house and once again we had a wonderful visit. House is clean well stocked for cooking, clean beds and bathroom and a classic A-frame style. Direct access off the back deck down to the water was key as we ice fished directly behind the house. I would recommend this property to anybody looking for getaway in northern Vermont.. "
