"This is a small, simple cottage but has all the amenities that you need for a short stay at the lake. The cottage overlooks the water and was clean and very comfortable. Additionally, the owners couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating."

"We had a wonderful stay here. The house has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed using all the water toys and the location is perfect for swimming/paddling right off the dock or walk up the road for a minute to get to the sandy beach. Loads of living space, 3 different areas if your group wants some separation at times. A/C was nice to have for some of the very hot, humid afternoons. Very quiet all day. " The cottages are located on Lake Champlain and are all well equipped if you plan on preparing any meals here. We came to bike and the location was perfect. Drive to a rail trail or just bike on the quiet roads surrounding the Lake. David our host was friendly and helpful. All around a perfect stay and we will return."
