"It was a great location that was quiet in a side alley! Chiang Mai is very walkable and there were good restaurants within 5/10 minutes walking. Next door is buddy tours which has a great guide/ private driver (tongchai) if you need to go to the airport, the hill villages, or other areas. Also walkable to Warorot market which has a lot of unique and vintage textiles, fabrics, baskets in the stores in that area. The hotel itself is okay for if you are just planning to sleep there! Not much to do/...

"This place is a hidden gem! You would not know it from the outside red brick wall, but inside, it is a beautiful oasis of peace and tranquility. Carved wood architecture, staggered levels and ramps give it a great ambiance with lots of privacy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area with snack and drink options was very convenient. We were within close range of a good variety of eating and bar options close to markets. "

"Very surly staff. No porter and no lift. Rooms tiny with no real window. Separate seating area is a two seater bench in an alcove. Why do hotels tell lies. No parking and area had no parking. All in all a bad choice of mid priced hotels. Save your money and go somewhere decent "
