"This place is a hidden gem! An old palatial property has been converted into a hotel with modern facilities. The staff was incredible, the breakfast was great and we were provided with a lot of "extras"."

The rooms were spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the best part were the small things like they had free water bottles you could grab or the coffee machine available 24 hours/day, which was helpful for jetlag. We looked forward to the delicious morning buffet every day and the staff was always super helpful. Highly recommend the hotel to visitors of Chiang Mai. "

"Lovely hotel located in the centre of Chiang Mai old city. You. A visit the entire city by walk and you have plenty of places for eating and drinking at 10min walk. Our room was located at GF with direct access to the pool, which was e tra value. The pool is not that big but enough to chill yourself in the hot days, while you relax. The bar restaurant in the hotel is really good quality and with good offers on drinks as well. We didn’t enjoy the massage we got in the SPA, as it was not deep enough to our standards, but that is an extra service. "

"Great six night stay at this small hotel. Most the building was finished as polished concrete, and very clean. Situated a few hundred metres from the main street, with many restaurants, cafes and shops to chose from. Scooter hire available from across the street (Big Jump) Small van selling beer and drinks on site, but no actual cafe. Staff were great and v helpful."
