"The cottage was about a 30 minute walk from the beach but not suitable for young children as it’s all country roads. It’s about a 5 minute drive which is great! The check in process was very simple and easy with great communication from the property hosts. The cottage had good facilities throughout as well as substantial space for parking. "Had a lovely holiday week. We had the house and flat, ideal for our party of 9 and three dogs. Plenty of space for everyone to relax. Kitchens have just been refurbished, main house one wasn't quite finished but not a problem. Love the outside space too, enclosed garden for the children and dogs. Visited both the pubs for drinks and meals too, good food and welcome."

"The comforting sound of trains running over Brunel's Tamar Bridge, a regular weekday bus into Plymouth, the gentle movement of the boats moored in the river and the turning of the tide make for an ideal stay. The stairs are a tad steep but are worth the effort. Bathroom is, downstairs and bedroom up. Lovely, local "hosts" and kind welcome "gifts" add a kind touch. "

"The house has been decorated to a very high standard, but the reason for my booking was the use of the pool. The property is sold as a pool holiday (rare in the UK), but the pool was not usable in a safe manner, with loose tiling and sharp edges. You advised me that there were 'a few loose tiles', but only after payment had been made. The tiling around the pool is a trip hazard in several places and the mosaic tiling in the pool itself clearly has not been maintained for years, with hundreds of...
