The cottage was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The rooms were clean, warm and welcoming with everything you needed, breakfast was delicious and we would highly recommend this little gem of a place. "

"We booked a family suite which is lovely - very modern and tastefully decorated. A lovely tea/coffee area and bottles of water weee supplied. Both bedrooms have patio doors opening out onto outside area. The views are amazing and it is just so peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was amazing - THE BEST bacon!! Would highly recommend this place - ideal for walkers. "

Liz could not have been a more perfect helpful host. "Debbie and Peter were fantastic hosts who made us feel extremely welcome. Our room was a good size with plenty of room for all our things plus a travel cot. Breakfast was fantastic- freshly cooked and made exactly how you like plus all the cereals and fruit etc. Great location with the basic shops, pubs and takeaways. Train station within walking distance and just a short drive to Looe and Polperro. "

Location is amazing, private with fantastic unspoilt views from the conservatory, which we were informed is being extended for next year. Lots of places to visit and eat out within easy reach should you want to, or just stay in and enjoy the peace and quiet and relax.
