"Very comfortable basement apartment with full bath, queen bed, mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, couch, etc. We had our own separate entrance and daylight windows with lots of light. The bed was comfortable and we had great communication with the owner. Conveniently located in Victor, which worked well for us in town for a Victor/Mendon wedding."

"Great location! Only problem to report is the stairs to get to the apartment. They have been noted but I want to add they are narrow and steep. There is no gate, door nor barrier so it is easy to fall down the stairs. They are located where you have to walk by them to get from the living area to the bedrooms and bathroom. "The house was very nice. Bed very comfortable. Clean and well kept. Nice neighborhood and literally less than 5 minutes to the letchworth park. There was a lot of literature as well about the whole area. We have stayed in many vrbos from ny to key west to Tennessee and beyond, this one did not disappoint at all. Would recommend anyone to stay there. The host was great as well. That is huge!!! "

"I honestly was looking so forward to getting away. She makes it sound so amazing in the overview. While the cabin is pretty much as pictured, the pond and property are not. There is goose poop everywhere the grass is overgrown. "My friends and I had girls weekend in Canandaigua and stayed here. It’s a great location right on Main St. and within walking distance to the lake and all of the shops in town. The interior appears to be all brand new and they thought of all of the little things like having make up removal wipes and creamer for coffee. We didn’t want to leave!!"
