"This vacation home offered so much. First, the location to the slopes was under a 10 minute drive and even closer to the charming town of Ellicottville. The home is huge and is perfect for multiple families. It’s basically like having an upper and a lower with kitchen, baths and bedrooms on both levels. The home was immaculate and had games, air hockey and pinball. We enjoyed our stay and will return to this home. "

"Good spot. Although in the listing it states that there is a hot tub.. and there is NOT… this was the primary reason we booked the spot, so that was a bit disappointing. Also there was quite a few visibly dirty items in the kitchen and bar area. Other than that the place is nice. Would definitely recommend to others."

"Awesome girls weekend! The condo was spotless, gorgeous and well accommodating! It had everything there we needed and then some. Condo was inviting, very comfortable and upscale. I was very close to town and you could actually walk to town which would be a nice convenience if the sidewalks were shoveled by the city. "This was our second time as a group staying here. Had a great time as usual. Place was clean and organized. Would have liked to have the porch available to use but due to the snow understand that was not an option. Overall, great time and look forward to renting again next year. "
