I was told the Main Hotel wasn’t ready? It wasnt even open? We were put in a Room across from the hotel. Never before has that happened. The room was less than 60 square feet!!! No bath tub. Then linen’s on the bed i thought were Cleaned?? Then i pulled back the sheets??? Saw the BED BUGS!!! I was so Mad!! I sprayed LYSOL.. I took a picture of it. That facility needs to be Completed torn down.. I won’t be back. I have bites on my legs?? How can Expedia endorse this kind of Hotel?? The Owner? Management?? Knew they didn’t tell me the Main Hotel was closed?? Our last stay was nothing like this? No BED BUGS!!& a bathtub, a regular Room. I’ve never seen a hotel that was this bad. NEVER!! Like I said!!! Never AGAIN!! I have a feeling?? It’s going to be CONDEMNED!

The bedding was not properly washed as they smelled like literal crap. Others had complained about the cleanliness of their rooms as well. I did not see any maids, only the 2 guys working the front desk and a few bottles of spray to clean with.

The hotel needs maintenance and repair. It is very conveniently located though which makes it a great place. It is close to restaurants, bars, and ski areas it is easy to walk around town from the hotel.

Nasty smelling danger hotel. I asked if anything could be done about the smell. "It's just gonna smell" is what the desk person said and then hung up on me. Stairs should have been condemned. Massive icicles falling around us. Couldn't sleep in the stink and left early.

The property itself was completely fine, however, our upstairs neighbors were banging and making a ridiculous amount of noise from 11pm-2:45 am which made it impossible to sleep. I tried calling the office 4 times around 2 am with no answer. I asked staff about it the next day, to which their reply was “We are not in the office at night. There’s nothing we can do about noise, every hotel around here has that problem”. I find it concerning that staff doesn’t care about the experience of their customers.

The staff seemed very nice, but unfortunately, the condition of the chalet that we rented needs some major updates!!! There were holes in the walls. The shower had broken parts to it, and there was no ceiling on the bedrooms, so therefore it was very loud with having multiple people staying there. I think it could be an amazing place with a few updates.

The check-in clerk was rude. The parking lot was not maintained, needed to be plowed. Icesickles are a safety issue over door ways. The build up of ice on steps and landings is a safety issue. Wasn't able to lock the door with the deadbolt, no secondary lock was there for extra security. The room smelled moldy and just didn't seem clean. Overall Zero rating. Will not be going back.
