"A beautiful view from the balcony. Our teen kids and aunt loved this location. It was perfect for a quiet get away. The only negative was slow internet but it was good to get kids off their devices. We hope to rerun again. "

"Had an incredible time at Milam Ridge. The property itself had an amazing architectural layout that you can tell a lot of planning went into, plenty of things to do, and was in a very quiet/peaceful area in the woods. The owner responded to all inquiries promptly and clearly, and was very helpful throughout our stay.Our stay was perfect without any issues, and we intend to come back!"

"It was the perfect spot for a quick getaway from Northern VA. The property was private (except for the huge family of deer that like to visit in early evening) and the the cabin was clean, cozy, and had all the basics we needed. Location was perfect for hanging out in town or getting lost in the trees. Looking forward to booking again. "

"Was looking for a 3 day weekend getaway to celebrate my adult daughter’s birthday. We wanted to be close to Cacapon State Park for hiking. Also needed a dog friendly place. This place checked all the boxes. We slept in 2 of the 3 bedrooms and both beds were comfy. The house was both rustic with all of the wood interior as well as cute. "We had the perfect relaxing getaway. The fireplace was amazing, kitchen had everything you need and the view from the deck was great for watching the eagles. There is plenty of room to spread out. A highlight for us was the steam shower!!! We will be back."

"My friend and I loved the Jungle Lodge! We would highly recommend it! It was very clean and had everything you need. It was perfect for a 2-night stay. The crick behind the lodge is so relaxing and peaceful. You can hear the water running when you get up in the morning. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend! "

"We LOVED staying at this property. It is modernly decorated, yet still cozy. The location is private and quiet just as we wanted. I loved being able to spend most of my time outside either on the swing, fire pit, or relaxing in the tub. The driveway is a bit rough, so I’m glad we did have my truck. I would not have liked to go up in my previous vehicle that was lower to the ground. Communication with the host Ben was prompt and clear. "You can really tell the house is cared for. It feels like a home. It had everything you could need. They have a well stocked kitchen and even supply snacks. The beds were very comfortable. The yard is huge with a stream behind it with a Great fire pit. I do recommend this property and will definitely go back"
