One of our party forgot his phone and it was mailed to us the same day. Within walking distance to everything downtown. Great place, great service will be back. "

"This was the perfect location for us. Our daughter went to honecoming with friends while the rest of us had lunch at Hugo's and played. Fayetteville never disappoints. This is close to alot of walking entertainment if you like that. I loved St. Josephs and many family and friends went to church/school here. Was cery peaceful and the leaves were beautiful!"

Didn't have to get out of my pajamas for coffee in the morning, as coffee and creamer provided for the stay. Will def stay here again."

"Property was perfect for two. Hosts were immediately responsive. But, definitely a no frills rental in a great location. Just a glimpse of Dickson St. without the noise. It would have been nice to have a morning’s worth of coffee pods, for example. We were instructed to bring our own but we forgot! The bed was very comfortable! All in all, definitely 4 stars, but not quite 5."

"Pros - great location for walking distance to the square and restaurants but there is construction right across the street so you will hear them during the day - really clean and comfortable beds - nice unit with convenient street parking - fun theme - good and very responsive property manager Cons - bad wifi, it goes in and out a lot so be careful if you want to work from home and attend meetings - shower runs out of hot water super quick (less than 5 minutes) - can tell lots of dogs have...
