"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. We were close to our events and felt at home in the unit. Checking in and parking was so simple. The host was sure to keep us informed when there was an issue with the A/C. Fortunately, the issue was resolved before we made it back from our activities. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to book a cozy place away from home."

"We came to town for my daughter's graduation from Sam Houston and needed a place to stay that was between where family lives in Cypress and Huntsville. We chose the property for the pool and the hot tub and it did not disappoint! Our family was able to have some wonderful Family time with dinner and game nights and celebrate my daughter's graduation with her. The host was easy to her a hold of amd quick wirh reponse time. "Cute little house, fun games, very clean, very quiet neighborhood, 10 mins from most of the things we did downtown, would definitely stay here again! Only a few things I noticed. The lock on the gate outside isn’t really functional. It’s just a bike lock, so it’s not really preventing anyone from entering the property even if you lock it, so I don’t really see the purpose other than to prevent vehicles from parking in the driveway. "We had a good stay while in The Woodlands. I would suggest some outdoor sensor lights & house number on the home. We were a late arrival and it was hard to see without lighting. When I locked ourselves out of the home one evening, management replied very quickly and there was a spare key in a close lockbox. "

It's just a few minutes away from restaurants and shopping while still being in a country setting. My only advice would be to bring blankets if you are staying in the cooler months. "We have actually stayed here twice, once for a family reunion, and another for weekend at lake with relatives. Very convenient to our niece’s house on the lake and to margaritaville. Always immaculate and fully stocked with whatever you need. Hopefully next time we can take advantage of the backyard and the hot tub (Texas heat too unbearable first visit). The only suggestion would be to get a plug for master tub. Luckily the kids could use the one upstairs. This is now our Go-To place at Lake...

"We stayed here for a couple of months while checking out houses in the area. The host was very responsive and communicated well. The place was better than the pictures showed. Plenty of space and felt very homey. The kitchen has plenty of appliances which was useful since we cook a lot. The side yard was great for dogs and the neighborhood is in a great location, quiet at night. We would stay here again without hesitation. "
