We had to get the associate at the front desk to call the manager to get it approved. So be aware of this if you are making reservations through a third-party booking site."

"My son got married in Crossville and I needed to find a house that would sleep 20 people. This house was perfect, plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms/living spaces. The host provides a ton of towels and extra toiletries. Such a surprise to find toy boxes and baby items that were helpful since some of the family had to fly in and were limited on what they could bring.
