This location is absolutely one of the better Days Inn we've stayed in for years ! It truly is very clean, has the feel of a very nice Hotel, Staff was warm and welcoming, we stayed for 2 days, and already booked it for our next stay for Memorial Day weekend since were coming back to town again ! Highly recommended

Found a dead roach behind the nightstand, fridge didn’t work, door didn’t shut unless you slammed it, hairs from previous guests in the (dirty) bedding. Staff was nice, room was cheap, you get what you pay for I suppose.

I am trying to get a refund thru Xpedia but they say they cannot get ahold of the manager to verify that I was not there.. You cannot have the manager email you that I was not there because I have a receipt that said I was in Cookeville TN like 50 miles west of there are the Super 8 by Wyndam. If you never stayed at a hotel don’t you think you should be reimbursed???

The room had a very musky smell. The beds were “so-so.” The room definitely needed a renovation. The TV did not have a remote. When the front staff finally gave us one, it did not control the volume so anytime we wanted to turn down the TV, the front staff had to come turn it down for us with their remote. The breakfast was very limited and their coffee tasted terrible. The nightly rate does not match the value.

I was very upset to find out that my friend who I met and shared the room right beside only paid half the price that I paid when I booked through Expedia and they booked the hotel directly. I paid twice as much as them. What is the point of using Expedia Then another couple joined us they got another room and they paid the same price as my friend so I paid double for the price by using Expedia. I doubt that I might not be doing that again.

Good safe place

This was a very good hotel to stay at if looking for a safe place to be. The staff at the desk was extremely nice and accommodating. Cindy was awesome. One thing I would love to see is some free weights or a machine in the fitness room as all there cardio machines. Will book here again. It also has been remodeled recently
