"We enjoyed our stay for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well stocked. We would return. Couple of small matters of critique: some electronics are outdated. There were satellite tv receivers, but no satellite tv (or at the very least, no instructions on how to use them). Many of the doors are "creaky" and some are hard to close and lock. Overall, a very nice house at a great location."

"Wow! We all had an amazing time at Cozycove. Our expectations were met and even exceeded beyond what we had imagined. This place is beautiful and truly has that cozy vibe, with a great waterfront and a lovely sandy beach. The free kayak and canoe were a fantastic bonus. We had an awesome time enjoying the hot tub, and the home had plenty of space. Our kids absolutely loved the basement, all the games, and more. "We rented this house for a trip with three different families. With six adults and 4 kids, we had plenty of room and lots to keep everyone busy and happy. The house is well stocked with everything we could need and the owner was very communicative throughout our entire stay. The location was also great, right on the water but with lots of privacy. It would be really fun in the summertime. I highly recommend!"

"A group of us rented this property for a weekend of relaxing on the lake, playing board games, and catching up. The property worked well for us but there were a number of minor issues (closet door out of tracks, grill not working, an no sheets for one of the beds). I tried reaching out to the number provided for cleaning and linens but no one answered nor returned any of my calls so I ended up having to buy my own sheets for the weekend and adjust our grilling plans to cook inside. "Great get away ! The kitchen was well stocked and location was tranquil. The host was also very accommodating and great at communicating. Was a bit cold to get in water but loved the views from the house. "

"In general the property is nice and spacious. The location is great, the view is amazing. However there were a few things that overshadowed the good parts and thus will keep us from booking again. 1) the listing is not accurate. The “double sided gas log fireplace” is not usable for guests. Huge bummer.
