"Second stay at this hotel and won’t be my last!! The front desk young lady was absolutely wonderful, I requested a single king bed room but was given a two bed room and she fixed that for me with no hesitation and super friendly I think she needs a raise! "

"This property is very well-maintained while the staff are very pleasant and professional. Very strong with amenities. It did not matter which department a person worked in. From housekeeping to the front desk to the general property all the staff were very ready to help assist you in anyway possible.. I thought it was very unique to have a way to communicate back besides just picking up a phone or walking to the front desk. They send you a link so that you could communicate through that link if you wanted to choose to do so. For people wrapped up on phones because they are here for business or even if you’re just trying to juggle multiple things, it’s an easy way to communicate about a matter. I save this from a perspective in life that I am physically disabled and do require help and assistance and it’s nice to put faith back in to staff on a property while traveling that I don’t need to seek out to ask for help and that instead they approaching me and asked me if I need any help.. The only matter that I thought was a drawback is that when I was forced to check in late because of being brought to the wrong property only because of the very similar name that having a little flexibility to have a late check out would’ve very much help assist me and could’ve shortened my trip. So I had to extend my stay in hotel.. I am here4medical reasons&maybe if for some reason I travel in future, it would be nice if they were2offer a discount.I’m here for medical reasons for whichR aware of"
