"In our 2-night stay we had no contact with anyone else at the hotel, but could hear othwr guests a little from our room. Check-in was easy with guidance sent in advance, and the room was cleaned well during the day. The accomodation was clean and comfortable, although the common areas were unlit during the day so quite dark. A small amount of shampoo and shower gel was provided, and the room had a kettle. "The location is great. Just outside the city. Cabs are a little bit annoying (no Uber - but the local app ABC Taxis is good. Plus reception has a “send me a taxi” button which works well. I have to say, the staff here are incredibly lovely. Everyone cares about your stay, everyone is helpful and they made any questions I had - seem important and they really made it their business to sort things out. Hotel is beautiful, area great, bar and restaurant very good, staff? Best I’ve encountered. "

"Had a nice short break here. Room was fine (we had a balcony room with a great view). Shower was very good. Would be nice to have a lift as my partner struggles a bit with the stairs, but it was OK. Dinner in the main restaurant was superb and the waitress was friendly and helpful. Would stay again."

"Excellent, hotel was lovely and very easy to find, close to the shops/ town centre. The hotel was gorgeous and worth paying extra for ! The staff were very lovely and helpful, it was a really pleasant stay. Super easy check in and out also! The only negative was that in our room, we only had shampoo and conditioner, there was a stunning bath but no bubble bath or soap to actually enjoy it. This was a very minor negative over our whole experience though, we will definitely be returning! "

"Amazing apartments!!! Clean and well equipped. Bed was comfy and studio apartment was really big! The directions on the hotels.com app were useless and plotted to the wrong place! Would advise to go on to the apartments website directly which will take you right to them!"
