"This was a return visit. Check in was easy via attentive Reception staff. We found our way to our room which required physical key as well as the key card. The room was much larger than expected but very acceptable. The beds were very comfortable. The heating was eventually controlled. In all we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"We were bumped by the Grange Blooms hotel into their less attractive but nearby sister hotel, the Grange Whitehall. Great location, but a very average hotel, falling apart a bit."

"The Grange Lancaster was shut and we had no information about this on the website. On arrival, the only information was a tiny notice on the entrance of the hotel redirecting us to another of the grange hotels. On arrival at that hotel, there was no record of our booking and was directed to a third hotel within the chain. We spent over an hour after a long journey trying to check in. Radisson Blu Hotel, London South Kensington (formerly Vanderbilt)

"The location is amazing. Very close to the underground station. There are stairs to access the building (approx 8-12?) so if you have mobility issues it might cuz a problem. The hotel is a maze and the elevator is very small. The rooms are also quite small as well. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful and definitely worth adding to your stay. If you don't mind the small inconveniences (small rooms and stairs) it is a great hotel in a very safe and great location. I would stay here again if I was returning to London. The gym was also very nice. It does have a very small fridge if you are looking for a fridge. "
