"I had a great stay at mio hostel. Beds, blanket and pillows were super comfy. Rooms, toilets and showers were all 100% clean. Rooms locked and couldn’t be opened from the outside without a key so didn’t have to worry about safety. Staff were friendly. My only complaint would be the noise from the road (cars and trams are constantly going past and the walls are very thin) but this wasn’t too much of a problem. The room had heating which we controlled so I was nice and toasty the whole time....

"Extra hidden costs needs to be payed on arrival, no way of avoiding these since they are not optional services. No hot water and when asked about it, the response was to try another bathroom. You get one sheet which works as both the bed sheet and the cover which had holes in it. No keys to the doors to the rooms, all doors was unlocked all the time. Bathroom door couldn't be locked. There is a fan in the room but the condition of that was well past its expiration date, it made a terrible noise."

"Stayed at the hotel as had to be close to the hospital. It was clean, comfortable and convenient for my purpose. It is a bit of way from the city centre."

"I received no service at the hostel. After gaining entry there was a keycard with my name attached, but no details as to which room or bed to use. I walked room to room until one opened with the card. The contact phone number left on reception was incorrect so it was not possible to contact people. During my stay I saw 2 dubious couples arrive without bags, quite late in the evening... Facilities were old and tired, the shared bathroom door did not close properly or lock. They advertise a hot...

"Eneste mulighed vi havde, da der var messe lige nøjagtig de dage. Et hostel med semi hårde senge, kønsløst interiør, ret slidt. Badeværelse var dog næsten nyrenoveret. Servicen og smil i top, god stemning, der var en blanding af alt. Meget valuta for pengene hvis du vil have noget billigt til en gennemrejse. "
