There were a few things that posed minor annoyances, however; there was no handsoap in the bathroom, working out a self-check-in over the phone included several technological issues, the AC rattled nearby wall hangings and had to be turned off to sleep, and there was no continental breakfast despite the booking stating otherwise."

"This is a very old building that once hosted a monestary. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is small. Our room looked out to a canal. They have a bar and lounge that serves food. Walking distance to 2 water taxi stations, and lots of shopping and restaurants. "

"within walking distance from the train station- the train goes to Venice and from there you take a vaporette or water taxi to go around Venice. The staff was good. The website says that they have shuttle to the airport for a surcharge, from previous reviews it looked like it was around 25$ - I was charged 61 euros as they told me it was 50 euros for shuttle(taxi) and extra 11 euros for tax as I was paying by credit card. "This is a lovely hotel situated a 1 min walk from Giglio water bus stop on line 1. It is only a 10 minute walk from St Mark's Square. The area around the hotel is very quiet and the room was lovely. The only downside was the bathroom is made from frosted glass walls so not as much privacy if you're sharing the room while you're using it! "

"Foresteria Levi was exactly what we needed. Centrally located close to the Accademia bridge it allowed us to visit all the sites in Venice in the short time we had. Our room was clean and spacious and accommodated our family of four. It provided a breakfast at a reasonable cost. Staff was very nice and helpful. At the end of our stay we had a water taxi come directly to the location’s own dock on the central canal to take us to the train station."

"The property was nice. In a nice quiet suburb. Only a 20 minute public transport ride to Venice. We got one bedroom in a three bed apartment. Each bedroom locks. There is a shared bathroom and dining room. The bed was super comfy. My only qualm with the place was that the door to get into the apartment was a bit difficult to open. The host was also super wonderful! Great place for the price you pay."
