"Had an early check in was seen to right away very pleasant and friendly I asked for a room with a view as I’m claustrophobic. I was upgraded to a sea view at no extra cost. we paid for dinner and breakfast all meals were delicious got seated straightaway . Our room was nice and big with 2 tub chairs for watching to the bed was a king size and nice and comfy .Only thing wrong was the floorboards in some places were a bit squishy I think may need replacing and headboard and side lamps a bit old fashioned but for the price we paid and upgrade I can’t complain .We will definitely be back thankyou for a lovely stay . S"

"This is a lovely hotel simple but with splendidly large sized rooms - mine had an en-suite bathroom and a big double bed. With wonderful views of the castle and church across the road. Well worth a visit. For cleanliness, politeness of staff and facilities it is definitely worth the cheap price I paid for two nights….. Top marks AAA***** "

"As a type one diabetic who does not drink alcohol or coke my wife was unable to get a drink in the bar as there were no other sugar free options and the coffee/tea machine had been turned off.(10 o'clock ish).Other than this small matter an excellent stay was enjoyed by all."
