"Pro’s: Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms are big and clean. Pool area is fun for the kids. Cons: Try to avoid a room by the pool area. It tends to get really loud with people running up and down the balcony/hallway. Breakfast was ok. Wish it had more “hot” food options. Some items in the room needed replacement (we had some broken hangers and dirty carpet) Overall an ok place to stay. Price was great, rooms were super clean and spacious. Just some small things need to be adjusted. "

"The hotel is located right off the interstate and about 20 minutes outside of LaCrosse. It was very clean and staff were very nice. Breakfast wasn't anything special but the hotel itself is great. There are also local bar and grills near that are good."

" I HAD A WONDERFUL STAY AT THE AMERICAN INN IN TOMAH,WI. THE STAFF WERE VERY POLITE,UNDERSTANDING AND VERY HELPFUL TO MY DAUGHTER AND I. I HAD MADE A MISTAKE MISUNDERSTOOD THIER PET POLICY. I THOUGHT THEY ALLOWED DOGS. SO I HAD BROUGHT MY DOGS WITH ME.THE NEXT MORNING THE STAFF/OWNER EXSPLAIN VERY VERY POLITLEY THAT THEY ONLY ALOOWED SERVICE ANIMALS AND ALLOWED ME AN ACTQUITE AMOUNT OF TIME TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TIO FINN SOMEONE ZAND SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR MY DOGS TO GO DURING MY STAY.
