"This was convenient to all the things that we wanted to do while in McMinnville. Check-in was easy. There was a problem with the internet, but it was because the wrong information was passed to me. :-(. The cleaning crew could certainly do better. "My family had a great time staying at the goat farm. Very scenic, fun seeing and feeding the goats. Place was very cute and comfortable and we had everything we needed. Shannon is a great host! We will definitely stay again!!"

"Absolutely worth it. Rachel and Steph have super powers - they respond within minutes and answered all of our questions. The only surprise we got when we arrived was this tiny little, cutie. Very impressive!!They’ve put out a grill for us which was great. The place is well maintained and VERY clean. "

"The walkway smelled of cat pee. Once inside it was clean until i looked up at the ceiling fan. I don't think it had ever been cleaned. I took care of that. Next morning I wrnt to the kitchen for breakfast. Bowl was dirty. Took care of that. Shower was next. To small of a shower and there were only 3 towels for a 7 day stay. Took care of that. It is a very nice place. Neighbors didn't always leave enough room to park and they would talk loud outside the back door. I will be returning soon. Hope...

"The little cabin is clean and cozy. I struggled with the pillows but other than that it was nice. There is a keurig coffee pot but no coffee cups. I am big on a porch lights, but no front lights. This made it difficult to see key pad. I was surprised of how secluded the place is, so if you like privacy, you defiantly have it. The view of the mountains is beautiful."

"Overall, an aging condo with some upgrades. Worked fine for our visit, but on the expensive side. Addressing issue mentioned in other reviews: 1) Someone attempted to clean the carpets with cleaner that bleached some areas. 2) The top bathroom vent did not work, the others did. 3) We were off-season so didn't need AC but heat, which was fine except even with the fan set to ON, the upstairs rooms were warm while the first floor was still cool."

"The purpose for our month long stay was to have a place of our own, yer be close to our daughter, son in law and newborn baby. We live 6 hours away. The place was a lovely location. Close proximity to grocery, restaurants, shopping, anything we needed. The complex is immaculate. We enjoyed the balcony and pool was lovely. We look forward to staying again very soon."

"The photos on the listing don’t do this place justice. It is far nicer and updated than I expected especially for the price. Check in was a breeze, and the unit was exceptionally clean inside. There are a couple other units attached but you can’t tell, and everybody minds their business. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the unit was perfect for me."
