"The walkway smelled of cat pee. Once inside it was clean until i looked up at the ceiling fan. I don't think it had ever been cleaned. I took care of that. Next morning I wrnt to the kitchen for breakfast. Bowl was dirty. Took care of that. Shower was next. To small of a shower and there were only 3 towels for a 7 day stay. Took care of that. It is a very nice place. Neighbors didn't always leave enough room to park and they would talk loud outside the back door. I will be returning soon. Hope...

"Absolutely worth it. Rachel and Steph have super powers - they respond within minutes and answered all of our questions. The only surprise we got when we arrived was this tiny little, cutie. Very impressive!!They’ve put out a grill for us which was great. The place is well maintained and VERY clean. "

"The property is part of a commercial site. Which is fine, there is a lack of views from the rear deck. That being said. The host is very friendly and helpful. The place is beautifully decorated. If we find ourselves needing to stay near Ten Mile, TN again, we will definitely check for availability."

"The little cabin is clean and cozy. I struggled with the pillows but other than that it was nice. There is a keurig coffee pot but no coffee cups. I am big on a porch lights, but no front lights. This made it difficult to see key pad. I was surprised of how secluded the place is, so if you like privacy, you defiantly have it. The view of the mountains is beautiful."

"The purpose for our month long stay was to have a place of our own, yer be close to our daughter, son in law and newborn baby. We live 6 hours away. The place was a lovely location. Close proximity to grocery, restaurants, shopping, anything we needed. The complex is immaculate. We enjoyed the balcony and pool was lovely. We look forward to staying again very soon."

"Overall, an aging condo with some upgrades. Worked fine for our visit, but on the expensive side. Addressing issue mentioned in other reviews: 1) Someone attempted to clean the carpets with cleaner that bleached some areas. 2) The top bathroom vent did not work, the others did. 3) We were off-season so didn't need AC but heat, which was fine except even with the fan set to ON, the upstairs rooms were warm while the first floor was still cool."

"Stayed for 1 week when my work trip in the area was unexpectedly prolonged by a week. The property is nice, and has all of the amenities needed for a week stay. It was overall clean, comfortable, and quiet. There is a nice paved trail along the lake shore if you want to get out and get some exercise. My only recommendation for the property owners would be to make mention to whoever cleans between guests to check all cabinets and drawers and wipe them out as it doesnt look like it gets done...
