"Great value for the price. When I woke up at 6:00 I got in the shower and water was cold. I let it run for 10 minutes and it didn’t get any hotter. I called the desk and described my issue and the response was this person repeating “ELO” over and over. 10 minutes later the water got warm enough to take a cold cold shower. The bed sheets and pillow cases were clean as was the room. There was one big wood roach hanging on the wall but he didn’t bother me. "

"Hare Kṛṣṇa! The Hotel itself is maintained and "clean"- couches with white spots need to be cleaned to give an overall feel of sanitary surroundings, stuffy, pee smelling rooms let you know they allowed pets, or need to clean the rugs .. The front desk staff was helpful and professional. Check in was easy and the Continental breakfast appreciated. They will open the pool/hot tub deck upon request during cold weather , which is a nice option. "

"First room we had was loaded with roaches.. So I went downstairs and the hotel clerk was so nice she called her boss immediately and issued us another room wish they would’ve gave me a discount for the inconvenience but other than that the hotel is not bad floors could’ve been mopped they were a bit dirty and the WiFi only seemed to work well at night… overall I give the hotel 6/10"

"Once again no coffee in room no cups either, & only one large towel. Again had to beg desk to bring them. I'm not getting paid to do housekeepers job. Management always says they will correct this for future but doesn't follow through. Thats my 4th time telling them. Also non-guests still walk through parking. A twenty foot long fence would easily stop that."
