"Not super flashy, but recently updated, very clean and fresh. Staff is conscientious, friendly, and responsive. Not very scenic, but the location is convenient being right off the 32. It’s about 15 minutes from Eastgate, and about 30 to 40 minutes from downtown Cincinnati depending on the traffic. Two gas stations, coffee in a couple of dining options in walking distance. "Stayed for my first time during the snow storm because of how close it was to the hospital where I work. The hotel is older and dated, but very clean and well kept. The full kitchen was great since I was there for several days and planned on that. The staff was extremely friendly. I will definitely stay there again when I am needing to be close to work. "

"This was the 3rd time we stayed here and we were told that the 2nd time we were there that the bath mat was wet and left on the floor by the bed and used to clean up floor. Then he said it had to be thrown away. Mind you we didn't even know this happened and we are talking about a $3 bath mat. We were also told we were going to be charged a $35 deposit for our stay the 3rd time. He did forgo the deposit but we were not very happy."
