"Check-in was super easy, and we were able to get early check-in. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome. We didn’t realize that there were two separate buildings. We were in the North one, so it was strange navigating between the buildings, especially with the luggage cart. "

"This property is ideally located for our activities in the area. In person front-desk service is professional and courteous. My experience was not as good, however, when I contacted the property by phone to address a change of plans. The mistake was my fault, but Rodney was not at all helpful. He kept interrupting me and would not let me talk to anyone else about it. Personnel here are usually professional, but Rodney may benefit from more customer service training."

"Absolutely amazing experience!!! They let us check-in when our flight landed at 6am in the morning. All the appliances in the room were new and in working condition!!! It was close to the airport and they had a shuttle service available for pick-up and drop-up to the airport. Breakfast was fresh and served hot with plenty of items. "
