"During my recent stay at the hotel, I had high hopes for a comfortable experience, but unfortunately, I left feeling quite disappointed. Upon entering my room, everything was clean as expected. But subsequent nights of my stay, I noticed that it was not up to the expected standards of cleanliness. Dust covered the surfaces, and the bathroom had not been properly cleaned and sanitized after having checked in, which made me feel uneasy during my stay. The sheets did not get changed either, and...

"We had a very nice one night stay and would definitely recommend it, and return. They were understaffed both when we checked in and the following morning, so we had to wait a bit. But, the staff did everything they could to help everyone as fast as possible. The pool/splash pad was fun! The equipment could use an update, but was clean and the kids loved it."
