The wonderful lady would not let us walk, kept picking us up! Ended up giving us direct bus line number so we didn’t have to wait long. As it wasn’t busy at all this time. Felt like only people out shopping in all the neat little store! Love everything about Bavarian!"

"When we went in the middle of December, it was 12 degrees and snowing a little bit. We were able to swim in the heated outdoor pool, it was such an amazing experience. A few days before my reservation the hotel called me to ask if we were celebrating anything special, I told them I was surprising my husband for his birthday, they offered a few add on things. I ordered chocolate covered strawberries, and to my surprise they also gave him a birthday card and a cupcake! Such a sweet gesture. "
