"The hotel itself is wonderful. Service was very good. Staff at the lounge and other restaurants were friendly and very professional. The food was far above expectations. Our only issue was that the room we booked was located on level -1(the basement). It was selected because it was advertised as a garden view with a balcony. "Efficient check-in. Very friendly staff. A bit of a wait at the bar without any acknowledgement but when served it was all fine. Room was lovely. Food in the restaurant was really nice and huge portions. While we didn’t stay long we had a lovely stay in Cork"
