Our only issue was that the room we booked was located on level -1(the basement). It was selected because it was advertised as a garden view with a balcony. "Lovely staff, large family room, fridge was a huge bonus for snacks for our toddler. Pool was decent. We had 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners there, excellent food and top class service. Draught beer 😀. Happy days. Also car park was convenient "
