"This house was immaculate, and whoever decorated it has great taste. It's super cute and in a nice neighborhood. The owner was easy to communicate with, and we had no problems. My only note to future renters is that the kitchen has not yet accumulated the "stuff" that is left by others. So, it doesn't have spices, oils, food storage (foil, plastic, etc), at this point. We rent so many houses that we've gotten used to those types of staples being present. But, it wasn't a problem. We just...

"Cute, small house. Very clean. Recommend getting there during daylight hours. The road to the property is tight and not lit at all. Also, the house is near the creek, but access to the creek is limited due to neighboring property lines. Great house for basic needs. "

"Location for this property is a major plus. Everything was within 20 minutes that we needed to get to. Grocery store was very close. Stocked well with basic kitchen necessities, plates, silverware and glasses for our party of eleven. There is outdoor seating but the pines were shedding so we didn't use these areas, nor were they cleaned up for our arrival on any of the decks or front entry.
