"I have gotten quiet, reasonably well-maintained and clean rooms both times I’ve stayed here. I have had a good nights sleep each time. The coffee is good. The bagels, mini muffins, yogurt and fresh fruit are fine for breakfast and others seem to like the waffles. I’ve stayed in other hotels in the area at a higher price but this one fully satisfies my needs and is now my go to for visits to UNF, about a ten minute drive away. "

"While the La Quinta was a little rough around the edges because they were renovating the hotel was clean the beds were good everything was fine and the cost was significantly less than others in the area I'd recommend this hotel."
