"Booked for a wedding nearby, travelled in from the U.K. and the receptionist was really helpful finding us a room a little earlier than official check in time. Room was warm (it was -9 outside!), very clean and tidy and good decorative order. We had a fridge and microwave, 2 big beds which were very comfortable, and lots of other facilities. "FIX THAT SIDE DOOR! I will never stay here in the winter again. The whole first floor was totally miserable the first couple days. It’s was in the teens outside and felt like 35 degrees in the hallway. Then our heater didnt work, great service moved us to the second floor and this Floridan finally got warm. The heater was the best part of that room. Now, why is there only 2 TOWELS and 2 WASH CLOTHS? Saving money? I think not, just makes it harder on the clientele! 2 towels is crappy...
