There are 3 heaters and electric mattress warmers to ensure warmth in the cold months. They were very effective. If the Northern Lights had been visible during our stay, we would have had the perfect view. "Me and my boyfriend had a good stay at this property. It has parking for anyone hiring a car. The host was great, offering breakfast and lifts if needed. There was a language barrier but anyone who is not Spanish can just use google translate and it is easy enough. We had full use of his flat including the kitchen etc. Cheaper alternative to hotels and a nicer option than hostels. "

"We have really enjoyed our week just outside Selfoss. The cabin was cosy and equipped with all the essentials, and an excellent base to explore southern Iceland from. We even got to see the Northern Lights from just outside the cabin! Petra was an accessible, friendly and super helpful host, she kindly went above and beyond to help us when our flight was cancelled due to a bad storm. We would highly recommend!"

"Everything about this charming home and its hosts was an absolute delight. Nestled atop a hill, you get lovely views when seated in multiple spots around the house. There is a wonderful 360° viewpoint a short walk from the home, and its central location makes it a breeze to get anywhere by bus or car.
