"Great locaton! Well appointed room. Digital check-in worked well enough however bagage storage was supposed to be available at 8am. Staff didn't arrive until 8:30am and the digital access code wasn't valid until 3pm. With no access to the lobby and at -4C this needs a rethink."

"This place was wonderful. It was easy to get to, easy to find, and easy to get in. The room was nice, clean, and had plenty of amenities. The towel racks were heated, along with the floors in the bathroom, adding to a wonderful experience. The furniture was really comfortable and the plugs were so perfectly placed!! "Great location. Room was spacious, comfortable and minimalist but all the necessary amenities available. The hotel rooms occupy the 5th and 6th floors of a commercial Art Deco renovated building. There isn't a lobby just a reception/check in area where complimentary coffee and tea and hot water is provided when reception is open (it is not open 24 hours)."
