"The room itself was amazing - clean, well prepared, quiet, and in a great location. Local market is one block away, and multiple city landmarks and sights are within a 10 minute walk. Tram stop is right in front of the building door. If there's one small flaw, it's the virtual check-in. This proved to be an issue when I showed up with no cell service and no wifi - make sure to screenshot your building entry codes and apartment number before arriving if you are not going to have cellular data...

"You must pre-check through email. My email was not working. I arrived onsite but could not check in, even after speaking to the hotel's management company and emailing a selfie and a picture of my passport from my wife's email address. I waited in the parking lot for an hour trying to check in but was not allowed entry. And the hotel told me that I had to still pay for the night. AVOID! "

"An overall fantastic stay. 2 drawbacks. 1. I was sent instructions by the hotel while l was on the airplane. Then l didn't know anything was sent. They should send entry instructions right after you confirm your identity. I confirmed my identity the day before. 2. I had no idea that this was a no contact, self service hotel. I didn't see it on the booking form. If this is stated on the link they provided, the information was in Finnish. Maybe there are ways to know if it is contactless...

"I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation in Rovaniemi! The location was perfect—centrally located and within walking distance to almost all key attractions, making it incredibly convenient. The apartment itself was spotless upon arrival, which made for a great first impression. The kitchenette was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The parking garage in the basement was a huge plus, especially in the cold weather. The seamless online check-in process made everything...
