"Wife and I booked this room because it's in Corona Del Mar in Newport Beach. We had stayed in this area before over a year ago in another VRBO rental. Easily found room and checked in. Host kept in close contact and was very supportive. The room fit our needs pefectly, i.e., it's a studio apartment with full bath and small kitchen area. We loved walking the area which is full of good restaurants and shops. Only 3 or 4 blocks to nice beaches. Wish it was warmer when we were there. Lots of...

"No huge complaints from our end.. this house has everything you needed. The Keurig wasn't functioning properly and Pete immediately brought down a backup so we didn't go without our morning joe! Unfortunately Pete had closed the pool due to cooler temperatures a couple weeks before we arrived..a bit of a bummer that we wish we would have known before we arrived as we were planning to use it.. Even if it was cold. But ultimately we understood the situation and it was a mild bummer. Also you...

"Property was neat and clean. It was not as close to the beach as expected. TV was difficult to operate and no local channels were available. "

"The listing is very accurate. Please do note that they are absolutely correct in saying this is not an entirely quiet location. Ear plugs are provided. Within walking distance of the Santa Fe Depot(train station). Lil less than a couple mile walk to Balboa Park. Very centrally located. "

"Cody, Jaylin & Brad have a great 2 bed / 2 bath, perfect for 2 couples, a block from the Pacific, within walking distance of great shops and restaurants. They say that they are 100% here to help, and that is the truth! We're from AZ, and we didn't adjust for the time difference, so we arrived in PB an hour early. A quick call to Cody, and he graciously agreed to let us check in an hour early on Thanksgiving day! Much appreciated after a long drive. We will be back!"

"We stayed four nights in February and found it tough to leave this comfortable, cozy apartment on the lower level of an historic manse. The owners' thoughtful touches are everywhere from a bowl of yummy snacks to beach towels and a big laundry hamper for the washer and dryer in the unit.The location is ideal to visit the best of sunny San Diego including the world famous Zoo and La Jolla to see the seals and art galleries.
