"The bathrooms could use a good deep clean - the door trims can use a good wipe down and the shower stall had some mold build up that could use a full steam clean. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is non existent. Option to get continental breakfast for $10 felt like a ripoff. The complimentary tea option -water was not hot but might have been sitting there for few hours. "

"The property is nice enough considering the location and amenities of Greenville. There is a definite smell of smoking in the lobby as the casino is nearby. The elevators smell less so, and the halls even less. The room did not smell of cigarettes. There are not refrigerators in each room. Even when requested (and I was there multiple nights), one never became available. An issue with hot water (as in I had none) was “resolved” in an hour, then had to be fixed again the following morning. "

"Upon arrival we found the parking lot empty and the lobby locked up. When we tried to enter, two ladies leaned out of the window above the door and told us to check in at the hotel next door. So we walked around over to that other hotel and of course the receptionist had no idea what they were talking about. Unable to even check in we ended up having book a different room at a different hotel down the block."

"IRonda, Shyanne, and Jonathan rock! They made our stay by being so sweet, accommodating our extra requests, and making my kids laugh. We were here for being stranded after a minor accident and they made a bad situation a lot bettter. "
