Our room was very nice and clean. The entrance to the hotel was nice until we were met with the smoke from the casino pouring out into the lobby of the hotel. Once we got to our room, it was fine. We just were turned off by the awful smell of smoke indoors. We come from an area where there is no smoking indoors, anywhere!!

Bath tub was unclean. Bathroom walls has some brown substance splashed on it. They don’t clean rooms or take out trash. The water is yellow. Bugs in room. Staff need customer service training .

My and a friend of mine stayed here it was ok the tub won't drain and the lady who checked him in allowed him to use my debit card for the incidentals which I couldn't understand I'm a manager at an hotel and that's a no go. On top of that I'm still waiting for my 100 dollar deposit I stayed there November the 21 it's Dec the 4 and I'm still waiting. I won't be back and I don't recommended!! I give the 2 stars!
