"The rooms are located in a beautiful 1903 house. The manager is very good about giving you information about the room, access, check-in check-out etc. It was a comfortable room with a small kitchenette. Each room had a rock n roll theme which made it fun. The downsides are that the manager is not on site, so if guests do not follow the rules there in not much you can do. "A very clean, well-equipped apt with 2 sizeable bedrooms and a private back yard. There are 2 rental units at this location, both attached to the owner's house, but we never heard a sound from the other guests. The shared "oasis" is a beautiful in-ground pool and hot tub combo surrounded by a large patio with lots of shade. Owner is very friendly and utterly accommodating. Neighborhood is quiet and location very convenient to downtown SV. Highly recommend."
