The Block Hotel Bisbee
5/5 Excellent
"What an exceptional experience. We had the first floor double king size room that once served as the courtroom. From a comfort view, the beds were extraordinary. Plus bedside tables and lamps and plenty of places to plug in phones and laptops. The WiFi provided strong service. The room was huge, and there were spots on the wall where you could see the original iron bars that served as the general lockup for those awaiting their courtroom appearance. Then there was a private balcony / room with a solitary confinement jail cell. The bathroom appeared to be completely new and modern. How modern? How about a toilet that has a night light, bidet with massaging water and adjustable temperature. A heated seat and air dryer for your butt. Automatic flush when you came off the seat, or, if standing just use the foot sensor. Maybe though you might just want to use the remote control for all those features. All I know, is that now the missus wants to outfit our house with those! The vanity was new and modern and the shower, with overhead rain feature and handheld wand, was big enough to host a party, plus plenty of hot water. Also, besides being clean and tidy, there was a common room with seating, tables, microwave, water (hot and cold) and keurig coffee machine fully stocked with coffee, tea, creamers, honey and more. All in all you couldn't ask for a better place and to go one better, it was priced lower than other surrounding hotels.
