"It was a comfortable long-term stay (>100 nights) while we purchased and renovated our new home a few miles away. The home is relatively new construction. There weren't many views from the house, no pool or spa, and not much to do within walking distance, but that was true of most of the area, especially for the price. Still, the location was reasonably convenient. There is an attached one-bedroom unit that is also used as a short-term rental; you never know what kind of neighbor you will end up...

"Location is the best! Very clean. Was a little difficult to find the first time. I would call this a studio not a one bedroom. Love the view and the host we met was very kind upon arrival. Do need to bring your own blow dryer. The one in the unit is way too tiny. Had to go buy a larger one that actually dries my long hair. The appliances are old and could use a replacement. Did not feel comfortable cooking in the unit but the restaurants nearby are wonderful!"
