"We were staying in the area to visit friends who live by the MKE area, and chose this hotel for its location only. We were very pleasantly surprised about many things about this hotel! First, we were met with friendliness & promptness upon arrival, with an easy check-in process. We immediately noticed how clean they aim to keep this hotel, and were impressed with the size of our room, super spacious and clean too! We were also surprised at how quiet the hotel is, at all hours, despite its closeness to the airport. We didn't hear any outside noise at all. Beds were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was also equally clean with plentiful towels, shampoo, and soap. The check-out process was as friendly and as swift as the check-in process. We did grab breakfast before we headed out, which included coffee, tea, yogurt parfait, eggs, has browns, and assorted fruit... and all pretty good! A for this hotel, we were happy that we chose this hotel for this weekend trip. Highly recommend for anyone that needs to stay by the Milwaukee airport. Thank you!"

"Not sure if you have to request turn down and cleaning of rooms but I stayed for 4 nights and not once did we have fresh towels or our room cleaned. It was a really busy weekend for the iron horse with the events going on so it’s understandable. However paying 1400 for the weekend I’d expect fresh linens and trash taken out daily. I had to call down to request fresh towels on day 3. "
