"The hotel is very unique and darling. Staff was friendly and helpful. The area is not very safe and across from a homeless shelter, so there were a lot of homeless people on the sidewalks and surrounding areas. That caused some nervousness for my young daughter who I was traveling with. Friends who live in Portland told us not to leave the hotel after dark and to not park our car on the street. "Very nice location and room— clean and comfortable; we liked this place. Only note we have is that shared wall of our room was thin enough to hear the peoples’ voices talking next door; luckily, nothing wild, but still, more “shared” than ideal."
