There's also a decent grocery store close by and Panera is right next to the building. All in all this place was great, if you're staying in Ann Arbor I' recommend this place."

"Pricing is ok compared to other hotels in the area. The $10 parking fee is ridiculous, especially condiering the condition of the parking lot! Set up makes it a bit difficult to manage entering & exiting with luggage carts. No breakfast but we appreciate the ability to get a room with an actual closing door for the 1 bedroom suites. Kitchens is amply set up & usually has everything we need! We stay here often as the pros definitely out weigh any cons. Rooms are always clean & comfortable. "

"The Park Royal is a decent hotel that offers an elevated experience from some of the mid-market chains. The price was slightly higher than some other options in the area, but the general ambiance of the space is nicer than what you get elsewhere. We were there for a sports tournament during the off season. The hotel was quite empty and there was remodeling going on in the ballrooms and guest rooms.
