"Booked this hotel and was suppose to be a non smoking room. We got there and it was so smoky that we could not stay in the room. The place was run down."

"The property looked a little older but was a good experience with kids. Enjoyed the breakfast. Be sure to get down early because of long lines. Enjoyed the complimentary drink tickets."

"Had a great experience at this location. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Although a fire alarm evacuated the property at 10:30pm one of the nights, the fire department arrived quickly. A microwave burning popcorn set off the alarm so it was not a drill. The property was clean and well maintained. I would stay here again. "

"I stayed at wonderful places like The Grand Hyatt and The Plaza in NYC. This trip, those types of places were not in my budget. Within my modest budget, this trip.This was a great option. The people were nice. There weren't rooms for clean and even downstairs for me.It wasn't noisy. Maybe the only thing that was an issue as the parking was a bit tight. If I need to be in that area again and my budget is similar.I would highly recommend it. Location is fabulous. "

"The hospitality is great, the staff was very helpful and the breakfast was very good with amazing options..ie coffee with lots of flavored creamers and flavored waffles. Plus the eggs and sausage were very tasty.😂"
