"I was unhappy with the lack of housekeeping. I rented a 2-bedroom suite for top dollar. One would expect there would be daily housekeeping which was not the case."

"Contactless condos, easy entry codes and garage access is fabulous! Front desk staff very accommodating with coffee packets and granola bars, well located to nearby bars and restaurants, ski rentals and lifts. Units are well appointed though not our favorite coffeemaker, grounds overflow into brew. Fitness facility is small but has nearly everything, steam room is too hot and needs a shutoff switch. The only way to turn it off is automatic after 15 minutes. Otherwise full thumbs up to this...

"Great valentines stay for the weekend. King premier room was nice and clean. Cool vintage vibe without feeling old or dated. Spa was great, did the couples massage and hung out in the lounges, saunas and indoor pool. Brunch at the Laurel was awesome, but pricey ($70 per person). Only things I would suggest is bring some outside water/pop (expensive on site) and there isn’t an adults only lounge until 4p outside the spa. With the brunch, it would be cool if they opened the bar area for sandwiches and drinks for lunch or to escape the more crowded family areas. "
