"Overall, the stay was good, but I called the front desk for an item I needed and was told they would have it there, and when I went down to the lobby, they said that they couldn't locate any of them. I said that I would call down in 5 minutes to see if they found one, and was told to call in 10-15 minutes instead. I had a course to go to that morning, and needed to leave, so I never did get it. It wasn't busy in the lobby since it was early, so I was disappointed."

"The main reason I chose this property was the price and hot tub. I fell on ice and was really looking forward to that because im so sore. It still shows pictures of hot tub so I just assumed even tho it only lists a pool. Its very misleading. "
